Who it is for

For teams that need more organized ideation, content preparation or creative variations and want to understand where automation can be useful.

What we can deliver

  • Workflow and use-case discovery
  • Concept development and creative variations
  • Human review and quality criteria
  • Agreed workflow documentation and handover

How we work

We identify a repeatable task, its inputs and the expected output. We test an approach on representative material and define where human review is required. Access, data handling, third-party tools and any integrations are agreed before implementation. The workflow is assessed for usefulness and consistency rather than the number of tools involved.

Before we start

Describe the task, who performs it, the material it uses and where time is lost. Bring examples that can be used for an agreed test without exposing confidential information.

Does an AI workflow replace creative direction?

No. Creative direction, factual review, rights checks and final approval remain assigned to people. Automation supports the parts of the process for which it is suitable.

Start with one repeatable workflow

Identify a recurring task with clear inputs, an expected output and an owner. Examples include organising a content brief, preparing draft variations or routing material for approval. Automating an undefined process can multiply errors. A small, testable workflow is a better starting point than connecting every available tool.

Where should human review remain?

Keep a person responsible for factual claims, client approvals and publication. Decide which data can enter third-party tools and which must remain private. Permissions, access limits and a fallback process matter as much as the prompt. The system should support the creative team, not publish unchecked material under the brand's name.

How can a pilot be evaluated?

Compare time spent, correction rate and output quality against the existing process using a representative sample. Include subscription and maintenance costs rather than counting generation time alone. Define a stop condition if quality falls or an integration fails. A successful pilot needs repeatable results, not just one impressive demonstration.
