Social Media Management
A clear monthly direction for your social presence. Strategy, content planning and publishing work together instead of becoming disconnected tasks.
Discuss your projectWho it is for
For businesses that want one coordinated partner for their monthly social content and need a consistent identity across the channels they actually use.
What we can deliver
- Channel and audience priorities
- Monthly themes and publishing calendar
- Coordinated copy, design and production
- Performance review and next-cycle recommendations
How we work
We review the brand, available content and communication priorities. We agree the channels, approval process and production rhythm, then prepare a realistic calendar. Publishing and reporting follow the agreed scope. Community management, response hours and escalation rules are specified separately so responsibilities remain clear.
Before we start
Bring channel links, brand guidelines, seasonal priorities and examples of customer questions. Identify the people responsible for approvals and enquiries.
Does management include filming and paid campaigns?
The scope can include production and campaign support, but these are defined in the proposal. Content management and advertising spend are separate decisions.
Content production is not the same as account management
Producing assets, scheduling posts, answering messages and handling customer issues are different responsibilities. Define account access, an approval owner, response hours and an escalation contact before a monthly workflow starts. Community management and customer service should be explicitly scoped, not assumed to be part of every content package.
What belongs in a monthly scope?
Set the platforms, publishing frequency, content formats, production requirements and review rounds. Identify who provides product information and who approves sensitive claims. A clear calendar needs room for timely content as well as planned campaigns. Extra shoots, translations, weekend coverage and paid distribution should be discussed separately when required.
What should monthly reporting answer?
Reporting should connect the agreed goals to the content published, the audience response and the next actions. Compare consistent periods and explain differences in paid spend or posting volume. Follower growth and reach can describe visibility, but qualified enquiries and business outcomes require their own measurement and attribution.
