How we work
We define the purpose and destinations of the assets before planning the shoot. Location, access, people and production requirements shape the schedule. Drone footage is assessed separately for suitability, permissions and operating conditions. Final selections and formats follow the agreed brief and review process.
Before we start
Bring the location, intended use, available dates, people involved and existing visual references. Tell us which products or spaces matter most.
Is drone filming included in every production?
No. It is proposed when it serves the story and can be carried out under the applicable location and operating requirements. It is specified in the production scope.
Plan the deliverables before the shoot
List where the material will be used: website, social feeds, vertical videos or advertising. Define aspect ratios, product details, locations, people and required variations in the shot list. Planning these uses together can help avoid a second shoot caused by missing formats or scenes.
Which production conditions need confirmation?
Scheduling depends on location access, people, travel, weather and the agreed production scope. Drone footage is subject to the actual location, conditions and required permissions; it is not guaranteed for every shoot. Confirm image and music rights, editing rounds, delivery formats and whether source files are included before production.
What makes the final library useful?
A useful handover separates final exports from working files and identifies the intended placement of each asset. Check colour, sound, subtitles, crops and compression on real devices. The number of files is less important than whether the team can find and use the right asset without having to request another export.
